Why service to the logbook

Regular servicing keeps your car reliable and protects its resale value. Every manufacturer publishes a schedule of what needs doing at set kilometres or months. We follow that schedule for your car, so you skip the workshop drop-off and the lost day that goes with it.

What a logbook service involves

• Engine oil and oil filter change
• Other filters and fluids as your manufacturer's schedule calls for
• The checks your manufacturer lists for that service interval
• A record of what was done, logged for your records

Will it affect my warranty?

Generally not. In Australia you are not required to service a new car at the dealership to keep your manufacturer's warranty, provided the work follows the manufacturer's schedule and is done by a licensed repairer. ARC Mobile Mechanical holds NSW Motor Vehicle Repairer Licence MVRL64442. If you are unsure, check your warranty terms or ask us.

Before we arrive

Have your logbook handy, tell us the kilometres on the odometer, and park somewhere with a safe, reasonably flat spot to work. That is all we need.
