Which areas do you service?
We are based in South Golden Beach and come to you across Byron Bay, Bangalow, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, New Brighton, Billinudgel and Tweed Heads.
What are your hours and how do bookings work?
We are open 7 days a week, 8am to 5pm. Bookings are for a morning (8am to 10am) or afternoon (1pm to 3pm) window, with weekends mornings only. Pick a time online and we confirm by phone or SMS, usually within the hour.
Are you a licensed mechanic?
Yes. ARC Mobile Mechanical holds NSW Motor Vehicle Repairer Licence MVRL64442.
Will logbook servicing keep my new car warranty valid?
Generally yes. In Australia you are not required to service a new car at the dealership to keep your manufacturer's warranty, provided the work follows the manufacturer's logbook schedule and is done by a licensed repairer. If you are unsure, check your warranty terms or ask us.
What cars do you work on?
Toyota is our specialty. We also service Isuzu, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Suzuki, Lexus, Genesis, Daihatsu, SsangYong and Infiniti. If your make is not listed, ask us.
Can every repair be done at my place?
Many can. Some larger jobs need a workshop or hoist. Get in touch for a quote and we will let you know if we can do it mobile.
How much will it cost?
We quote before we book. Describe the issue and your vehicle in the booking form or call 0431 528 223 and we will give you a quote.
Will I get a record of the work done?
Yes. You get a clear written report of what was done, emailed to you.
